Description

The Mango Grove is a family beach house and annexes in 2 1/2 hectares of grounds on a hill overlooking the Calatagan lighthouse with an infinity swimming pool and superb sea views towards Lubang Island and Mindoro. The property has an extensive mango orchard and is secluded and extremely private yet only a ten-minute walk to the beach. Calatagan golf course is a 15-minute drive and Lago de Oro (wakeboard park) is 20 minutes away. There are great mountain biking trails all around the Peninsula.

The house can accommodate up to 24 pax (see note below for additional charges over 16 pax) and comprises:

- Main house (two ensuite bedrooms, TV room/library, lounge, dining room, kitchen, and Lanai (upper and lower) with adjacent infinity swimming pool. Bar area with Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Charcoal Oven, and BBQ.
- Guest House with 4 ensuite bedrooms each with king-size beds, two trundle beds which can be pulled out, and balcony with sea views.
- Maids Quarters and Service Kitchen/Drivers Quarters

The house is set up to sleep 20 people although four additional floor mattresses can be set upon request. Please note there is an additional charge of p1,500 per pax-per night for every guest over 16 pax (children under the age of 2 not counted) and a charge of p100 per night per pax for drivers and helpers.
