More than 2,500 works make up this collection of sketches and photographs of the master. Whether it is research or achievement, the precious documents are divided here into categories: shows, ceremonies, events... Some also features the couturier's illustrations such as the iconic Love greeting cards or the four-season-inspired visuals designed for the Yves Saint Laurent - 25 Years of Design retrospective presented at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York in 1983

Also to be tested are the Paper Dolls, eleven small silhouettes to be dressed interactively with original creations designed by Saint Laurent.

YSL: Chronicles of a Lifetime

In addition to this initiative, the museum's management is putting in place new chronicles. With exclusive visuals, they look back at highlights of Yves Saint Laurent's career.

From the designer's youth in Oran to his first steps in The Christian Dior, to his discovery of Japan with Pierre Bergé in the 1960s or by the inspiration behind the famous Mondrian collection presented in 1965: exciting slices of life, put online in the water.
