E.t.montalbo, inc is a young multi-disciplined engineering and architecture-based practice servicing corporate accounts on a repeat business basis throughout The Philippines and some key cities in Asia. We prefer to work with Clients as our partners seeking the same business objectives and expectations.

Over the years, we continue to be guided by our founding philosophy - the belief that every client deserves the attention of ETM+AI’s Principals on their project, no matter the size or difficulty. We provide our clients with an unmatched level of hands-on, Principal involvement. Our Principals are directly involved with, and responsible for, each project - there is no “chain of command” to reach ETM+AI’s ownership. We provide our A-Team on every single project we engage in. These claims are not our sales pitch, but our business practice.

Our main competency is mainly interior project execution services, from project management to construction management to space programming to interior design to general contracting. We also add value by providing advisory services, strategic and on a per-project basis, such as acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of real estate from an interior planning and design perspective, emphasizing sustainable site selection and regenerating.
