Itinerary
DAY 1: Departure to Cordilleras and visit to Hapao Rice Terrraces
Depart on an early flight to Cauayan City, the closest airport to the Kalinga province where your tour guide and a private van will be waiting to greet you. Upon arrival, you will be transported to your accommodation.
After a short rest, you will drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Hapao Rice Terraces to marvel at the beauty of the hand-carved rice terraces followed by a 45-minute walk to the Bogyah Hot Spring where you can soak in the relaxing water.
DAY 2: Batad Rice Terraces
After a hearty meal, we set off to gaze at the beauty of the Eighth Wonder of the World. Hiking through the scenic village of Batad, we'll make our way to the Viewpoint where panoramic vistas of the terraced valley will welcome you with its enchanting beauty. Afterward, we head to the most famous of all Ifugao Rice Terraces, the Banaue Rice Terraces to take in its majestic beauty in full display along the mountainside. These hand-carved steps are the Ifugao people's most priceless contribution to humanity and the ultimate display of their fascinating creativity. A celebration of the harmonious living between nature and people, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is a stop you should see at least once in your lifetime.
DAY 3: Flight to Manila
Take in the vibrant Kalinga culture and marvel at the beauty of the terraces one last time before hopping on a private van to make your way back to the airport for your flight to Manila.
