ADVANCE PROVISIONAL ALLOWANCE (APA) - For avoidance of doubt, the Rental Service Rate may include advance provisioning allowance (“APA”) for fuel, food/catering, dockage fees, and other additional provisions agreed upon in advance by the parties . The rate of APA may be given in estimate. Any excess APA shall be returned to the Client. In the event of deficiency, the Client shall settle said amount immediately upon demand. The APA will be used by the captain to pay all the expenses that are not included in your invoice. The balance will be refunded to the clients after the completion of the experience.

This tender is perfect for both recreational and professional diving, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers.

Less than 7-night rental – USD 20,000 per night +20% APA
7-night Rental or more – USD 18,000 per night + 20% APA

Inclusive of 24-hour rental, fully crewed with professional chef, and dinghy.
Exclusive of fuel, food and drinks, personal expenses and relocation fees.

Relocation Fee Per way

The boat is located on Luzon island, delivery fees per way will apply for the following boat rental destination. Price is per way. These fees will cover the staff, displacement, and fuel consumption costs.
