We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of LXV by leveraging their expertise in development, management, technology, and financial planning.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop innovative services to enhance LXV’s offerings.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all lines of business.
  • Technology Integration: Implement and manage technological solutions to streamline operations and improve client experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure profitability of all activities.

SALE & MARKETING CAR RENTAL DEPARTMENT – MAKATI CITY

Job Type & Location:

Key responsability:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on car rental options and pricing
  • Coordinate and organize car rental bookings, including scheduling, vehicle assignments, and customer information
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, and ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and prepared for rental
  • Generate reports on rental activity and customer feedback
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and the rental process.
  • Organize social media communication, news letter and improving the car marketing.
  • Manage outbound sales and provide new inputs in improving sales.
 
 

Qualifications:

LXV is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of our Luxury Travel Department. As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of luxury travel experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service, and optimizing operational efficiency.

 

 

 

Key responsability:

  • Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Luxury Travel Department, including itinerary planning, reservations, logistics, and on-site coordination. Ensure that all travel experiences meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Client Experience: Champion the delivery of exceptional client experiences by collaborating with the travel team to create personalized itineraries and ensuring flawless execution. Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best rates and amenities for LXV clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control standards for all aspects of luxury travel operations. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and service excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of travel coordinators, guides, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenses. Seek cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of luxury travel experiences.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced event planner to join our team at LXV. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating yacht rental and event bookings in the Manila area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences and provide recommendations for yacht rentals and event venues
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including vendor selection, budget management, and logistics
  • Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Provide on-site event coordination and supervision
  • Generate reports on event outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets set by the company

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
