- How much time is allocated for ingress and egress?
We provide a total of 4 hours for ingress and 2 hours for egress. Ingress time is intended for event setup, including styling, catering, equipment, and other preparations prior to guest arrival. Egress is the period after the event allocated for dismantling, clean-up, and equipment removal. These windows ensure your event setup and wrap-up are organized and stress-free.
- How early can guests board the yacht?
Guests are allowed to board the yacht 30 minutes before the scheduled cruise departure time. This window is provided to ensure all attendees are comfortably settled before the yacht sets sail. We recommend informing guests to arrive on time to maximize the full cruise experience.
- Are there any requirements for guest entry?
Yes. As part of maritime regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Additionally, the full names of all attendees must be submitted prior to the event for inclusion in the official passenger manifest. This is a required safety and security measure enforced by the coast guard.
- Are pets allowed onboard?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board for safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons. We aim to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests and crew. Service animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
- Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own fondant cake, which holds up better in an outdoor or humid environment compared to buttercream cakes. If you need help sourcing a high-quality cake, we can recommend a trusted supplier who has experience with yacht events and understands logistical considerations like delivery timing and cake stability.
- What is the best time to cruise?
The most popular and recommended time to cruise is during sunset hours, typically around 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM, depending on the season. This schedule offers a stunning natural backdrop for your event and allows you to enjoy the golden hour as well as the evening city lights. It’s ideal for photo opportunities and creates a magical atmosphere for celebrations.
