This improved 13 day itinerary starts in the north at Busuanga (Coron), weaving through diverse ecosystems before culminating in the world-renowned Tubbataha Reefs.

It’s designed for intermediate to advanced divers (PADI Advanced Open Water recommended), with a focus on variety, accessibility, and sustainability.

DAY 1 & 2

ARRIVAL IN BUSUANGA & APO REEF

Your trip will start at your arrival at Busuanga Airport where a van will pick you up and arrange the transfer to the yacht.

Apo Reef DIVING

Our day will take us to the breathtaking Apo Reef, a marine sanctuary that is a true gem of the Philippines. As the second-largest contiguous coral reef system in the world, Apo Reef is a UNESCO World Heritage Site nominee, showcasing an astonishing array of vibrant corals and diverse marine life. Spanning over 34 square kilometers, this stunning reef is home to more than 385 species of corals and 600 species of fish, offering a mesmerizing underwater spectacle. With its crystal-clear waters and incredible biodiversity, Apo Reef promises an unforgettable snorkeling and diving experience, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a thriving underwater ecosystem teeming with life and color.

DAY 3

DUGONGS AND ISLAND CAMPS

This day, we will start early morning with scuba dives with the dugongs. On the end of morning and afternoon exploring islands and beaches.

We’ll kickstart our day bright and early with a truly enchanting experience: snorkeling with the adorable dugongs! Nestled on a gorgeous beach along the northern shores of Caluit Island, this spot is home to two friendly resident dugongs living their best, peaceful lives. For a delightful 40 minutes, we’ll have the chance to swim alongside these gentle giants, creating memories that will warm your heart and make you smile for days to come. Then we will cruise to Dimipac island for another spot of Dugong snorkeling.

Black Island, an island that stands out with its unique energy and striking beauty. Also known as Malajon Island, it features a breathtaking beach with powdery black sand, a stark contrast to the typical white sand beaches of the region. The island’s most distinctive feature is its massive cave, which houses a natural pool of crystal-clear water, fed by a small waterfall. This hidden oasis creates a serene and mystical atmosphere, offering visitors a chance to swim and relax in a truly unique setting. The combination of the black sand beach and the remarkable cave pool makes Black Island an unforgettable destination.

Debotunay is our favorite island, located in western Busuanga. This hidden gem, nestled in pristine waters, features one of the most wonderful "natural pools," inviting you to swim.

Known for its untouched beauty, the island offers a serene escape. You can expect to find crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling, revealing a vibrant underwater world teeming with marine life. Its white-sand beaches provide a picturesque setting for relaxation and for setting a bonfire overnight.

TOURIST DENSITY: Nearly no one after 3PM

Welcome to Maltatayoc island, a small, picturesque island known for its pristine  sand bar, one of the longest in Palawan, its beaches and clear turquoise waters. Situated in the Sulu Sea, this beautiful Island is perfect for relaxation and nature appreciation. An ideal spot for snorkeling and diving.  

DAY 4

WRECKS SCUBA DIVING

This day will start early morning for the most courageous in a short exploration of the mangrove then we will do some amazing dives in the Japanese wrecks the full day before to rest on Pass island.

TOURIST DENSITY: high chances to be alone

At the far end of Busuanga Bay lies a breathtaking expanse of lush, untouched mangroves — some of the most beautiful and longest in all of Palawan. This serene sanctuary is best experienced in the soft glow of early morning, when the light dances across the calm water and the only sounds are the calls of tropical birds and the gentle rustle of leaves. Guests can glide quietly through narrow waterways on kayaks or paddleboards, weaving between towering mangrove roots that shelter a vibrant ecosystem of fish and birds. It’s a peaceful and immersive moment in nature — a rare opportunity to connect with the wild heart of Busuanga before the rest of the world awakens.

We will explore the unique wrecks dives of Busuanga, renowned for their historic World War II shipwrecks. These wrecks, a result of a US naval attack on a Japanese supply fleet, are remarkably shallow, making them accessible to divers of all levels. The shipwrecks have transformed into stunning artificial reefs, teeming with diverse marine life and vibrant corals, and are considered some of the most beautiful wreck dives in the world. This underwater adventure offers a fascinating blend of history and natural beauty, providing an unforgettable experience for all who venture beneath the waves.

TOURIST DENSITY: Nearly no one after 3PM

Let's discover now the beautiful Pass Island, a true gem for swimming and snorkeling enthusiasts. This island boasts pristine white sand beaches and a perfectly symmetrical shape, making it one of the most stunning islands in the area. Its crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life create an idyllic setting for a memorable day of exploration and relaxation.

DAY 5

LAKES, LAGOON AND BEACHES

This day will be a specific scube dives in the lakes, then some wonderfull beaches, private lagoons and coral reefs.

Barracuda Lake Scuba Diving

TOURIST DENSITY: Other tourists but very few divers

Barracuda Lake in Coron, Palawan, is a mesmerizing freshwater dive site famed for its dramatic halocline—a razor-sharp divide between fresh surface water and denser saltwater below—causing optical illusions, temperature shifts up to 38°C (ditch the wetsuit!), and a submerged "thermocline" fog. Dive into its sheer limestone walls, shadowy caverns, and prehistoric vibe for an unforgettable, otherworldly freshwater experience unlike ocean reefs.

Pukaway cave

TOURIST DENSITY: Possible other tourists.

Pukaway Cave, located near Kayangan Lake and accessible by dinghy. This cave was recently discovered by the indigenous Tagbanwa tribe while they were searching for bird nests. Although the access is a bit steep, the cave's lake and the opportunity to swim inside are truly wondrous experiences.

PUSOD LAGOON

TOURIST DENSITY: Exclusive to LXV

Pusod Lagoon is Exclusive to LXV clients. You will be able to snorkle in the lagoon, kayak and enjoy a very nice swimmin floating plateform where we will be able also to service your breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on your time arrival at the lagoon.

TOURIST DENSITY: A Few Tourists from 12Nn to 1 PM. Many tourists from 8:30PM to 12 NN and 1PM to 5PM.

The Twin Lagoons of Coron Island are another highly visited yet stunning location in Busuanga. This must-see attraction features two breathtaking lagoons separated by a thin limestone wall. To enjoy the lagoons at their best, we'll time our visit between early morning 7.30am, when most tourist groups are having lunch on nearby beaches. This strategic timing allows us to experience the Twin Lagoons' beauty with fewer crowds.

DAY 6

CORON ISLAND, CAVES, LAKES & LAGOONS

The day will start by an amazing cave dive, in the top south of Coron Island, before to enter the Linapacan islands.

Cathedral Cave is located a few hundred meters from the Big Lagoon on Coron Island. A great dive to not miss in Busuanga.

CaNIPO VILLAGE

Canipo is a small, isolated island village with a population of about 1,031 people, making it one of the less populated areas in the Calamian Archipelago. Life in Canipo is generally characterized by a strong dependence on its coastal and natural resources, with fishing being the primary traditional livelihood

Dicabaito Island and Araw Beach, offer a stunning combination of natural beauty and tranquility.  Araw Beach features a breathtaking stretch of white sand and turquoise waters, providing an ideal setting for relaxation and water activities.

DAY 7

LINAPACAN ISLANDS

This day calls for the exploration of the Linapacan archipelago. Hidden between Coron and El Nido with no access other than by boat, it remains a pristine sanctuary of untouched islands and breathtaking scenery. We start the morning at San Miguel village, perfect for kayaking through turquoise waters. Next, we cruise to the private island of Dimanglet—exclusive to LXV guests—followed by a visit to Maliglutbutbut Beach. Finally, we anchor at Bulawit Bay, where you can swim alongside wild sea turtles.
