We provide a total of 4 hours for ingress and 2 hours for egress. Ingress time is intended for event setup, including styling, catering, equipment, and other preparations prior to guest arrival. Egress is the period after the event allocated for dismantling, clean-up, and equipment removal. These windows ensure your event setup and wrap-up are organized and stress-free.
Guests are allowed to board the yacht 30 minutes before the scheduled cruise departure time. This window is provided to ensure all attendees are comfortably settled before the yacht sets sail. We recommend informing guests to arrive on time to maximize the full cruise experience.
Yes. As part of maritime regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Additionally, the full names of all attendees must be submitted prior to the event for inclusion in the official passenger manifest. This is a required safety and security measure enforced by the coast guard.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board for safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons. We aim to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests and crew. Service animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
